About the Photographer

H. George Weissenberger Jr was raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, moved to Orange County (CA) in his thirties, then to the east coast in his forties. Then, upon his retirement, he returned to California where he settled in Calistoga because of the year-round beauty of Calistoga, the Napa Valley, and the Pacific Coast. He photographs the area prolifically; along with the unique places, images, objects, and moments that he finds here.

His photographs are periodically corrected using image enhancing software, but the images never contain AI-generated material.

He has also been composing song lyrics since 1976.

He has established Lyrical Winds and LyricalWinds.com as his brand identity for his artistic endeavors.
